The Computer Training Center is the education
division of Dean Sutton, CPA. As a licensed vocational school, I would like to
assure you that when you choose to enroll in a program at the Computer
Training Center, you are joining an outstanding vocational school.
The instructors at the Computer Training Center
place strong emphasis on student confidence and self-reliance. “I can” and
“I’m able to...” are two phrases encouraged at the Computer Training Center.
Students learn how to accomplish complex tasks by working through problems in
a step-by-step fashion. Students are taught to separate intricate tasks into
component parts. By working together and focusing on potential solutions
rather than problems, any task can be accomplished. We have learned that
students who display self-confidence make excellent employees.
Many of the questions we received from both
business and employers could be met if a training program could be designed to
meet the specific needs of business. The Computer Training Center began as an
addition to our public accounting and tax practice and it evolved from there;
from small, four-hour classes to full-time students. We found businesses need
well-trained people, versed in both computer and business skills, who are
motivated to work as team members and fill the void of skilled workers in our
rapidly evolving technological world. This need was not being met through
available training programs, so we developed the Computer Training Center
specifically to meet this need.
Our instructors have many years of experience
in the industry and bring that experience to you in the classroom. The
Computer Training Center is the education division of Dean Sutton CPA, a
working, functioning, for-profit business. Your instructors work with clients
and business everyday, confronting real-life business situations. This keeps
their technical knowledge and experience fresh and current with today’s
evolving business world. You will be able to ask practical questions and
receive understandable answers.
